Student Testimonials
Thank you for a great week of instruction. The accommodations were
excellent and your knowledge of birds is second to none. The
training of anatomy, scenes, and eye instruction really put me at
the top. I’m making more money mounting birds than ever before,
just the tips alone were worth the price of the course. The area
of British Columbia where you live is breath taking. Thanks again.

Glen Browning is an excellent teacher. The courses I have taken
with him have helped me to excel at the art of mounting birds. Glen’s
eye for detail and perfection are a definite asset in his teaching
methods. Through him I have learned to strive for the quality he
exhibits in each bird he mounts. He has helped me to accomplish
this with his hands on course. Starting with the anatomy of the
bird to creating its natural habitat, Glen’s course covers
it all. I recommend it highly for the beginner or the bird taxidermist
that wants to improve him/herself.

I had the pleasure of taking Glen Browning’s two-week course
at White Rock, B.C. in April 2002.
I found Glen to be very personable and thorough in his teaching.
I felt very comfortable in his work studio and in his home. The
atmosphere during the course was relaxed and Glen has a wonderful
ability to encourage and bring out the best in his students. Even
after the course ended, Glen has remained in touch, always willing
to answer questions once I arrived home and began working on my
own.

I was a student of Glen Browning’s a few years ago.
I have always enjoyed wildlife, especially birds. I had been doing
taxidermy only as a hobby but had invested a lot of energy and time
into it.
I reached a certain point where my work was not improving anymore.
Taking Glen’s course enabled me to surpass this point. Though
I realize I still have a long way to go yet.
After coming back from British Columbia it was like learning bird
taxidermy all over again. If you are new to the art form of bird
taxidermy it will be a great advantage seeing Glen Browning as an
instructor.
He will start you off in the right direction from the very beginning.
For the more experienced, his course will only make you better.
This course isn’t about mounting birds faster and easier.
It is about mastering the art. Glen’s methods will improve
your mounts in all aspects of bird taxidermy.
